Samaritans also offer talks to staff groups about their work and can provide free leaflets. They hold information sessions for those interested in volunteering with them. Their webchat is a pilot service, estimated wait time: 20-30 minutes. Their email response time is 24 hours. Drop-in sessions are available at their Sheffield office between 10am – 8pm.
