You can contact their helpline, email them, or use their webchat feature. They are available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. They are open to all age groups and backgrounds, nationwide.

Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS) is an self-help organisation who work to meet the needs of those bereaved by the suicide of a close relative or friend. Many of their volunteers have themselves been bereaved by suicide.
